My Compensation
Add what you're paid and Jane places it against the same market figures the public salary database publishes - then tracks how it moves as you get raises and change jobs.
Entries join the shared salary figures anonymously - that is what the benchmarks are made of. Your employer, job title, notes and name never travel with the amounts, and nothing is published for a role and country until at least 10 people have reported it.
How it works
- Jane suggests roles she already knows about - from your resume and any offer you accepted through Jane - with everything filled in except the pay.
- Add your current compensation - base, bonus, equity and anything else - along with the function, level and country for the role.
- Jane places you in the distribution for that role and shows the 25th, median, 75th and 90th percentile beside your own figure.
- Add past roles to see your total compensation over time, and how much each raise or move was worth.
- Your entries go back into the reported figures everyone sees, anonymously. Delete an entry - or all your data - and it leaves those figures with it.
