As a Receiving Lead at Misfits Market, you will be responsible for supporting a diverse and talented warehouse team through your strong communication and organization skills.  The Receiving Lead reports to the Senior Warehouse Manager and plays a crucial role in the on-time delivery of our customers’ orders. Your primary responsibility will be to operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) equipment to unload and inspect all inbound trailers using safe operating procedures and accurately move products to their correct location based on temperature and warehouse storage requirements. You will support the Sr. Warehouse Manager by organizing team members to maintain an optimal workflow throughout the day. Your position may also include coaching and training new team members.
