Partner directly with senior leadership to shape and drive the firm's highest-priority initiatives by translating strategy into execution across the portfolio, building the frameworks that guide decision-making, and owning cross-functional workstreams from kickoff through delivery. This is best for someone who can move fluidly between big-picture thinking and getting things done. Business Transformation — Join the team leading Momentum’s AI agenda. Tackle a prioritized backlog of automation and process improvement initiatives, design AI-powered workflows, and help the business figure out what’s worth building and what’s worth buying.
