Job DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?You will advance the AI capabilities of Operational Risk by supporting risk subject matter experts in the identification and documentation of AI use cases and their requirements. Through leveraging partnerships with AI and technology development teams, you will also support the delivery of AI use cases. This role requires a combination of business and technical skills to ensure Operational Risk AI needs are effectively being met.What will you do?Partner with Operational Risk Subject Matter Experts to understand their AI needs and ensure requirements are being metAssist in the documentation of AI use cases throughout the AI development lifecycle including intake, scoping, and detailed requirementsExperiment with readily available Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop expertise used to support the business in identifying AI opportunities and best practicesActively support AI adoption as a change champion within the businessWhat do you need to succeed?Must-haveLeadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environmentStrong experience using AI, with demonstrable experience in prompt engineeringExperience creating and running Python scriptsExcellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentStrong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPointWhat’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
