This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship management skills, capable of delivering incremental revenue and building long-term partnerships with key customers.Key Responsibilities:Account GrowthDrive business growth by increasing NCR Atleos’s solution volume and expanding into new market segments.Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to position NCR solutions as integral to customer strategies.Revenue GenerationDevelop and execute plans to achieve incremental revenue within assigned territory or accounts.Advocate NCR Atleos’s full suite of products and services to maximize customer value.Account Coverage & EnablementQualify and maintain NCR Atleos’s value propositions for targeted customers.Market current programs and develop strategic plans to penetrate existing markets and identify new opportunities.Recommend competitive pricing strategies for named accounts.Pipeline & Territory ManagementIdentify, track, and close key opportunities to meet revenue targets.Develop a territory plan to address vertical opportunities and recruit new customers for full solution coverage.Collaboration & Relationship ManagementWork closely with Direct Account Managers, Product Managers, and internal teams to manage and close sales opportunities.Act as a conduit for market intelligence, competitive insights, and product feedback.Utilize internal resources effectively to provide timely customer support.Social Media & Market EngagementSupport the sales team in driving social media engagement and market conversations.Build engagement plans for introducing new shared banking solutions, including collateral and marketing materials.Operational ExcellenceManage expenses within established budgets.Evaluate and follow up on leads provided to customers.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (Master’s preferred).7–10 years of successful relationship sales experience, preferably in IT and banking solutions.Experience in technical/software sales of e-channel payment solutions (ATM hardware/software, ATM controller/switch, middleware, banking solutions).Proven ability in solution selling and product marketing for technical products.Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and experience building partner-based businesses.Excellent account management, communication, presentation, and consultation s...
