About the Role We are seeking Account Executives with a history of selling into mid-market accounts within the banking and mortgage lending industries as we introduce our next-generation platform to these markets. As an Account Executive, you’ll be working directly with our Sales Director to bring digital transformation to the masses. In this strategic role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AI solutions across financial services. Key Responsibilities Hunting: This is a full-cycle AE role. You will be responsible for prospecting into accounts, mapping out new logos, and finding innovative ways to close business. Shape Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to drive growth, ensuring alignment with Kizen’s overall business objectives. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within target organizations. Understand their business needs and challenges to position Kizen’s solutions effectively. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to your manager.
