Job Title: Account Manager (SMB and Mid-Market, SaaS)

Company Overview:

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking to bring on our very first Account Manager to help us scale our revenue growth engine.

This role is an unprecedented opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of Prompt. You will manage a book of SMB and mid-market accounts (1–16 providers), identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving revenue expansion. You’ll work closely with Client Success, Sales, and Product to maximize account health and deliver additional value to our customers.

As the very first Account Manager at Prompt, you’ll also shape the long-term responsibilities of the position and lay the foundation for onboarding future team members as the department scales. We’re doing something special here, and this role will be critical in taking Prompt to the next level.
