The organization is focused on delivering high-quality support, improving internal operations, and building scalable systems that allow leadership to make stronger financial and strategic decisions.   The Accounting Manager role is an opportunity to lead and elevate accounting operations across a multi-entity environment. This role will support leadership by delivering accurate financial reporting, improving operational discipline, strengthening accounting processes, and translating financial data into clear insights that drive growth, profitability, and long-term business health.     What you’ll do:   Accounting Leadership: Manage day-to-day accounting operations across multiple business entities, ensuring payroll, payables, receivables, cash tracking, and related accounting functions are handled accurately and efficiently. Financial Reporting: Ensure the production of clean, consistent financial reports and provide monthly insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify profitability trends, cost-saving opportunities, operational risks, and areas for improved financial performance. Forecasting and Planning: Support forecasting efforts and improve financial planning processes to give leadership stronger visibility into cash flow, revenue, expenses, and future business needs. KPI and Metrics Development: Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making. Team Management: Supervise and support accounting team members or external accounting resources, ensuring work is completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards.
