Accounts Executive

With over 38 years of industry expertise, we combine sustainability with innovative digital platforms to serve partners across 50+ countries, driving environmentally responsible business growth worldwide. Smart Trade Solutions (STS) is the part of the same and a growing business group, with operations focused on global trading, refurbishment, fashion, wholesaling, and stock-lot solutions.  We are looking for a mid-level Accounts Executive to support the CFO in managing day-to-day accounting and finance activities.Handle daily accounting entries, invoices, receipts, payments and general ledger activities.Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Prepare bank, supplier and customer reconciliations.Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.Support the CFO with cash-flow monitoring, MIS reports and financial analysis.Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.Assist with tax, audit and statutory requirements.Coordinate with internal departments on finance-related matters.Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned by the CFO. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.2–4 years of relevant accounting experience.Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Strong Excel and accounting software skills.  Good communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.Arabic and English required.Knowledge of Lebanese accounting/tax requirements is preferred.
