Accounts Payable Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced, passionate and customer focused Accounts Payable Analyst, based in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, to become a member of our Fronius México Team.
In this role, your responsibilities will include
- Ensure portfolio recovery on time.
- Verify that invoices have been uploaded to customer portals and comply with customer requirements.
- Track and resolve outstanding collection issues.
- Collaborate with the finance team in the identification and application of deposits in the ERP system.
- Send account statements and ensure clients receive them in a timely manner.
- Prepare and follow up on clients' credit applications with the credit insurance company.
- Generate payment complements and complete all customer-required procedures to ensure their correct receipt and processing.
- Prepare periodic reports, statistical data, and support accounting activities as required.
We're looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excel knowledge (70–80% proficiency).
- Intermediate to Advanced English (Advanced level preferred).
