Job Description
Job responsibilities
•
Prepare and analyze regular and ad-hoc reports related to ALM risks (including interest rate, equity, currency, and liquidity risks) ensuring adherence to operating guidelines.
•
Develop and maintain ALM asset and liability models used for financial projection and analysis.
•
Support and develop enhanced investment, ALM and hedging strategies for new products.
•
Analyze and prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and projects related to ALM Product development.
•
Support diverse ALM initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
•
Support new product development, pricing and risk evaluations from ALM perspective
Job Requirements
•
Degree holder in Actuarial Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Engineering or Finance
•
2+ years of experience in ALM/Investment/Financial Risk within a life insurance organization is a plus
•
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, preferably with VBA. Experience in AXIS model is a plus.
•
Knowledge of Actuarial/Financial Risk Management/Investment within an insurance company
•
Ability to manage multiple priorities and to deliver according to deadlines
•
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
•
Contribute actively as a team player while can work independently with minimal supervision
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
