Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, evidence-based environment to support recovery, insight, and long-term wellness. We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Addictions Therapist with expertise in problem gambling to join our evening clinical team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact while helping individuals regain control and rebuild their lives. Key Responsibilities Facilitate evening group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and problem gambling. Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care, treatment needs, and appropriate interventions. Provide individual counseling to support client goals and recovery progress. Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes. Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to coordinate care and review client progress. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews as needed. Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture focused on high-quality, ethical care. Qualifications Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum (required). Certification: Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling preferred. Experience: Prior experience providing addiction treatment required; experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred. Why Join High Focus Centers?
