Adjunct faculty are employed on a semester-by-semester basis, as needed, and are non-tenure-earning. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Serve as part-time faculty, bringing in expertise in their field and incorporating relevant real-life examples into the curriculum.Teach assigned course(s) in accordance with the approved syllabus and course schedule.Hold scheduled office hours with frequency and modality as negotiated with the acting program director and department chair.Create, administer, and grade assessments and use Canvas to deliver course content.Answer questions and provide additional support for students.Working Hours: Part-timeWork Schedule: Varies Supervision Exercised: This is not a supervisory role.
