Adult Therapist – Evening – Full Time Location: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We provide high-quality treatment for adults and adolescents experiencing mental health, substance use, eating disorders, and co-occurring conditions. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adult Therapist to join our Adult Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in Lansdale, PA. This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by facilitating group therapy, providing individual support, and helping adults develop the skills needed to achieve lasting recovery and emotional wellness. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Monday–Thursday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Friday: Flexible daytime schedule Salary: $53,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience Position Overview The Adult Therapist will be responsible for: Facilitating evidence-based group therapy sessions within the Adult Mental Health IOP Providing individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate Conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized treatment plans Supporting adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other multidisciplinary team members Participating in treatment team meetings and care coordination Supporting program development and performing additional clinical responsibilities as assigned Key Competencies The ideal candidate demonstrates: Knowledge of adult mental health disorders and co-occurring conditions Strong group facilitation and therapeutic engagement skills Effective assessment, treatment planning, and documentation abilities Ability to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries Excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Cultural competence and a commitment to person-centered care Dedication to ethical practice and evidence-based treatment Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counse...
