Adult Therapist – Evening – Full TimeLocation: High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering comprehensive and individualized care through our specialized programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adult Therapist to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on supporting adults with mental health concerns in a structured outpatient setting. The Adult Therapist will provide therapeutic support through both Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services. Schedule & Compensation Full-Time Monday through Thursday evenings Friday daytime hours Salary commensurate with experience Position Overview The Adult Therapist will be responsible for: Facilitating PHP and IOP group therapy sessions for adult clients Providing individual therapy sessions as clinically appropriate Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans Supporting adults experiencing mental health concerns and co-occurring conditions Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment interventions as needed Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members and referral sources Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned Key Competencies The ideal candidate demonstrates: Knowledge of adult mental health and co-occurring disorders Strong group facilitation and engagement skills Effective assessment and treatment planning abilities Ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries Strong communication and collaboration skills Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds Commitment to ethical standards and evidence-based practices Qualifications Required: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum Preferred: Experience facilitating group therapy in PHP, IOP, or outpatient behavioral health setti...
