  Radiation Oncology Nurse Practitioner   Women's Cancer Institute of Arizona and The Specialty Alliance, is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our women’s oncology division in the Greater Phoenix market   General Responsibilities   Provide follow-up care for radiation oncology patients, including assessment of disease status and treatment-related side effects. Evaluate and manage acute and late effects of cancer therapy, including symptom management and supportive care. Assist with new patient consultations and coordinate care plans in collaboration with radiation oncologists. Triages patient calls, addresses clinical concerns, and provides recommendations for next steps. Participate in multidisciplinary care activities such as tumor boards, rounds, and team meetings. Provide patient and family education regarding treatment, side effects, symptom management, and follow-up care. Support clinical documentation, care coordination, and continuity across the treatment course. Participate in quality improvement, policy development, and clinical process improvement as needed.   Qualifications Current NP licensure in the applicable state. Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Oncology, acute care, or related specialty experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a collaborative, patient-centered oncology environment.   Preferred Experience Prior oncology or radiation oncology experience. Experience with symptom management, survivorship care, and patient education.
