Job Title: AEM Lead/ArchitectLocation: Oak Brook, ILJob Type: ContractJob Description:Core DutiesProvide technical direction and technical supportArchitect and implement Adobe AEM solutions to meet requirementsWork with Architecture team and Client partners to recommend and design digital web solutionsPlan the technical approach for implementing web solutions across multiple channelsMonitor and verify the quality of all deliverables.Supervise onboarding and training of new developersManage and prioritize technical debt backlogCreate and oversee Performance Testing plansLiaison to IT Security Team ensuring that development team complies with IT Security requirementsWork with key stakeholders to integrate requirements, and updates into production releasesWork with business partners to plan and implement activities to maintain data confidenceProvide general troubleshooting assistance for analytic reports and break fixesMinimum RequirementsThe following experience is required7+ year’s professional experience in IT capacityMinimum of 3 years’ experience as a technical lead across multiple channelsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics, Information ScienceMinimum 2 years’ experience managing Adobe Experience Manager technical solutionsExpertise with digital technologies, e.g. Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, web analytics, metrics, responsive media queries, native mobile application design and developmentAbility to manage change successfully in a fast-paced environmentMust be strategic, dynamic, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker, a self-starter and a quick learner.Must have a proven track record of successfully working in a multi-company team environment, delivering results on time and on budgetPreferred knowledge of the QSR industry vertical, retail landscape and consumer behavior.
