As an Agent Configuration Specialist, you will configure and deliver AI agents and agent-enabled workflows on Zafin’s AI Operating System (AIOS). Working from defined business requirements and solution designs, you will translate use cases into configured agent behaviours, prompts, tools, workflow logic, guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls. The role will work closely with Agent Engineers, Agent Architects, evaluation specialists and client-facing teams to move agent solutions from initial configuration through testing, deployment and continuous improvement. You will be accountable for the quality, reliability and maintainability of your configurations and will identify when a requirement can be delivered through platform configuration versus when additional engineering is needed. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys solving workflow problems, experimenting with agent behaviour and turning repeatable configuration patterns into reliable production capabilities. What Will You Do? Translate defined business processes, user needs and approved solution designs into configured AI agents and agent-enabled workflows on Zafin AIOS. Configure agent instructions, prompts, tools, actions, workflow steps, decision logic, templates, structured outputs and reusable components. Configure appropriate guardrails, permissions, escalation paths, exception handling and human review points based on the risk and complexity of the use case. Connect agents to approved enterprise tools, APIs, knowledge sources and platform capabilities, partnering with Agent Engineers where custom development or complex integration work is required. Test agent behaviour using representative scenarios, expected outcomes, edge cases and failure conditions before release. Work with evaluation specialists and business stakeholders to review output quality, workflow completion, accuracy, reliability and fitness for purpose.
