Build the Next Generation of AI Agents for Wholesale BankingAt ING Wholesale Banking, we're applying Agentic AI to one of the most complex challenges in financial services: KYC (Know Your Customer).As part of ING Analytics Wholesale Banking, you'll build intelligent systems that extract information, assess completeness, resolve entities, and support risk-based decision-making while meeting the governance and compliance standards required in global banking.The ChallengeThis role combines Agentic AI, machine learning, entity resolution, and graph analytics to solve complex KYC challenges for ING's corporate and institutional banking clients.You'll work within a cross-functional squad to design, develop, validate, and deploy scalable AI solutions that support KYC processes across ING's international operations. Unlike many AI roles focused on generic automation, you'll work on high-impact problems where accuracy, auditability, and trust are critical.Work ModelAt ING Hubs Türkiye, flexibility is more than a benefit — it's part of how we work.Our hybrid working model is designed to balance collaboration, innovation, and personal flexibility.
