In this role, you will identify opportunities to enhance content creation through AI technologies, partnering with global stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and impact.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI and automation to streamline and enhance existing editorial workflows, driving efficiency, scalability, and quality across global content operationsSupport the development and execution of strategies for AI-assisted Practical Guidance workflows, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demandsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, product management, engineering, business analysts, subject matter experts, and project management to prioritize opportunities and execute on AI content optimization from ideation to deployment on a global scaleOversee the integration of AI solutions for global deployment across North America, UK, and Asia-Pacific, ensuring seamless integration into workflows, tools, and platformsCommunicate progress and outcomes to internal teams, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, using data to provide clear insights and support decision-makingStay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, competitive intelligence, and best practices in AI and content generation, with a focus on global applicationsRequirementsExperience in content/publishing, project management, or product developmentExtensive experience in legal content preferredExperience utilizing AI/automation in content optimizationProven track record of leading or contributing to cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, preferably in a global contextFamiliarity with AI te...
