Foundry for Good is building its in-house AI engineering team in the Philippines, and this is the founding cohort.

We run a portfolio of profitable, US-based, mission-driven companies, including Nexus Marketing and Double the Donation, serving nonprofits, education, healthcare, and associations. We're going AI-native across all of them, and we're hiring senior engineers to lead that work.

This is a fellowship, not an internship. We're hiring experienced people who already lead AI or engineering teams and don't want to leave a job they like to do frontier work. You join a small founding cohort part-time, build real production systems from week one, and the standouts finish with full-time leadership offers.

The structure

  • 10–15 hours per week, over 12 weeks. Built to fit around a full-time job.
