AI Governance Specialist
Logitech is the Sweet Spot for people who want their actions to have a positive global impact while having the flexibility to do it in their own way.Logitech is hiring an AI Governance Specialist to help us develop our global AI Governance program and run AI Governance operations. This is an exciting global role on our legal team which covers all of Logitech’s functional teams and business groups such as Gaming, Hardware, Software, and Logitech for Business. This person will play a key role in delivering operational aspects of Logitech’s AI governance program, including ensuring both our internal use of AI and use of AI in our products remain in compliance with our policies, standards and procedures. This role reports to the AI Governance Manager.Location: CorkHybrid - 2 days a week on site in Cork Your contribution:Provide pragmatic advice on the implementation of Logitech’s AI policies, Standards and Procedures to product and business teams and to colleagues in the legal team.Collaborate with the AI Governance Team on the creation and updating of key Standards and Procedures for AI Governance.Ensure all AI initiatives are documented in compliance with company policy and conduct risk assessments for AI initiatives, including monitoring completion of agreed AI risk treatment plans. Analyze metrics relating to the AI Inventory and status of assessments, and provide reports to the wider AI Governance team, to ensure timely compliance with defined SLA. Assist in the organization of the internal AI Governance documentation, including highlighting when documents require periodic review.Collaborate effectively with business , privacy and legal teams to ensure transparency requirements are met.Ensure AI projects delivered by product and business teams are in compliance with Logitech’s Responsible AI Principles. Work with the business to ensure tasks required to document and maintain our AI Inventory are completed in a timely manner.Coordinate with our privacy operations team and wider Legal team to ensure AI initiatives meet global privacy, data protection and legal requirements. Partner with technical and non-technical colleagues to identify AI Governance best practices, and translate them into clear, actionable steps.Collaborate with legal and business teams spread across time zones – in multiple locations in Asia, Americas and Europe. Contribute to ongoing efforts to provide education, resources and training on AI and AI governance and the AI Champion networks across the company.
