About the RoleAs an AI / ML Lead Consultant, you will lead customer engagements around modern data platforms, machine learning and Generative AI on Google Cloud. You will combine technical leadership, architectural ownership and delivery responsibility to help customers move from strategy and ideation to scalable, production-ready solutions.. What You’ll DoLead customer engagements in the areas of Google Cloud Data, AI, Machine Learning and Generative AIConduct Data Architecture, AI/ML and GenAI workshops with customersDesign and deliver fit-for-purpose solution architectures based on customer requirements, business goals and technical constraintsTake responsibility for delivery teams and ensure successful implementation of customer projectsCreate solution architecture documents, technical designs and implementation roadmapsSupport the development of end-to-end data and AI pipelines on Google CloudHelp customers industrialise AI use cases and move from prototype to production-ready solutionsDesign and support MLOps / LLMOps practices, including CI/CD, deployment, monitoring and lifecycle managementAdvise customers on modern AI patterns such as LLM integration, RAG architectures, prompt engineering and foundation model adoptionCollaborate with data engineers and developers to build scalable cloud-native solutionsContribute to the development of internal frameworks, offerings, service domains and reusable assetsSupport pre-sales, business development and proposal activitiesCoach and mentor junior consultants and engineersActively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team What You BringA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, AI engineering or a related consulting roleProven hands-on experience delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform, or equivalent cloud technologiesStrong experience in designing and delivering complex technical architecturesHands-on experience with Vertex AI, Gemini models and related cloud AI servicesStrong programming skills in Python or RSolid foundation in machine learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain or LangGraphExperience setting up CI/CD pipelines for data and ML projectsExperience with DBT and/or DataformFluent English, both written and spoken Nice to HaveGood understanding of MLOps tools and best practicesExperience with Generative AI use cases in enterprise environmentsFamiliarity with RAG architectu...
