The role includes assisting with simple fixes and minor changes, while escalating more complex issues to specialist teams.This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in technology who is interested in AI and digital tools.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line support for users of Microsoft Copilot and internal AI toolsRespond to user queries and resolve simple issues in a timely mannerLog, track, and update support tickets accuratelyPerform basic service checks to ensure tools are running as expectedAssist with simple fixes and minor updates under guidanceEscalate complex issues to senior team members or relevant teamsMaintain clear documentation of common issues and resolutionsRequired Skills & Experience0–1 years’ experience in a support, administrative, or customer-facing roleBasic familiarity with Microsoft 365 (e.g. Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)Strong communication skills and a willingness to help othersGood organisational skills and attention to detailEagerness to learn new tools and technologies, particularly in AIDesirable SkillsExposure to Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar toolsAwareness of AI or automation conceptsExperience supporting internal systems or business applicationsMicrosoft fundamentals certifications (e.g. PL-900, AZ-900)About the RoleYou will be part of a growing AI team supporting a range of tools used across the business.
