This role sits at the intersection of business transformation, technology, and AI enablement.   As an AI Product Owner, you will be responsible for identifying and redesigning business processes by embedding AI into how work gets done across the organization. This is not a traditional product role and not a purely technical AI position—it is a hands-on role focused on operationalizing AI in a complex, enterprise environment.   At NiCE, we are leveraging approved enterprise AI tools—including Claude (Cowork & Code), Microsoft Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise—to drive real business impact. This role is critical in ensuring those tools are not just introduced, but meaningfully integrated into workflows at scale.   You will work closely with stakeholders across business units and IT, owning the design, alignment, and rollout of AI-enabled solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience. How will you make an impact?  Identify high-value opportunities to transform business processes using AI and automationPartner with stakeholders across the business and IT to define and deliver end-to-end solutions Own the creation of solution and design documentation, translating business needs into scalable workflows Lead cross-functional delivery in a matrixed organization, driving initiatives from concept through implementation Embed enterprise AI tools—especially Claude, Copilot, and ChatGPT Enterprise—into real business use cases Drive adoption and change management to ensure solutions are actively used and deliver measurable impact Align stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and push initiatives forward without direct authority Have you got what it takes?
