Air Battle Manager
TACG is seeking a Link 16- Air Battle Manager to support the US Government Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract for Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) Link-16 Technical Support. This full-time position is located at HQ RSAF in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and includes lodging, transportation, cell phones and other amenities as part of employment. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Provide expert ABM and WC support to RSAF Sector Operations Centers (SOC) and Air Operation Center (AOC) with the utilization of Link 16. Provide key operational solutions to issues that arise during daily operations. Provide Link 16 support to ABM’s and WCs in training. Support the development of curriculum for the ABM and WC employment of Link 16 Execute tasks assigned by HoD related to Link 16 including attending meetings and conferences, preparing briefings, etc Keep up to date of emerging Link 16 technologies, operational and technological research, and user trends in terms of the operational and technology choices. Essential Job Qualifications: Clearance: Secret security clearance Experience: 15 years’ military experience. Bachelor's degree. Minimum 10 years’ ABM/Weapons Controller (WC) experience. 5 years’ experience utilizing Link 16 for ABM and WC operations. 5 years’ ABM/Weapons Controller OJT trainer. Weapons Controller Instructor experience preferred. Candidate shall have ABM experience. Candidate shall have a strong understanding of Link 16 and the employment of Link 16 on Command and Control and fighter aircraft. Candidate shall have a solid understanding of digital control of fighter aircraft via Link 16 Candidate shall have experience working with coalition partners. Candidate shall have experience providing support during exercises. Candidate shall have experience providing On the Job Training (OJT) to ABM’s and WCs in training.
