An active Secret clearance is required. Responsibilities Apply principles and techniques of electrical engineering to develop, test, and implement electrical components, equipment, and systems.  Participate in requirements analysis, design, integration, and verification processes, as well as support technical reviews and root cause analysis. Work within defined processes and collaborate with project leaders, program managers, and external clients. Required Skills and Qualifications Active Secret security clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Expert-level understanding of electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools and mixed-signal circuit analysis/design. Solid use of electrical engineering concepts, principles, and theories. Circuit Design expertise. Analog design and instrumentation (design and analysis). Feedback / Control systems experience. Power System architecture and grounding. Strong troubleshooting ability: must be able to diagnose a problem by narrowing the point of failure sequentially through components. The use of specialized laboratory equipment such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment for development, testing, and troubleshooting. Experience in writing specifications, requirements, and verification procedures for complex electronic systems and components. Ahead of technology trends with Research & Development (R&D) experience, as well as advanced proficiency in test, troubleshooting, and analyzing circuit card schematics. Motivated to drive innovation around design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with demonstrated success leading design teams for complex projects. Team player committed to ongoing professional development for self and others.
