Duties & ResponsibilitiesThis role reports directly to the Sourcing & Procurement Team Leader and involves supporting the Procurement team across all regions with Purchase Order (PO) dispatch operations and ServiceNow ticket management. Developing and updating key tools and resources to support the business will add value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients.Manage and process PO dispatch requests in a timely and accurate manner to meet business requirementsMonitor and manage ServiceNow tickets related to procurement inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and escalation when necessaryProvide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding PO dispatch procedures and system navigationLiaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to facilitate smooth PO processing and issue resolutionMaintain up-to-date and accurate records/logs of PO dispatch activities and ServiceNow ticket correspondencesIdentify process improvement opportunities and escalate priority issues with appropriate follow-upDevelop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operatesProactively develop and maintain effective internal relationships to facilitate the achievement of business goalsWork with internal stakeholders to achieve value-based outcomes and minimize risk to JLLSupport ad-hoc projects as requiredPerformance ObjectivesThe Analyst will be measured against the following key objectives:Provide support to our Procurement team across all regionsAbility to monitor and deliver timely responses to meet business demandsAble to manage multiple competing priorities with a high-level attention to detailSense of urgency, self-starterAbility to communicate effectively with suppliers, internal customers, management, and peersMaintain up-to-date and accurate records/logs of correspondences and documentationIdentify and escalate priority issues, follow-up where necessarySupport ad-hoc projectsKey SkillsPersonal Effectiveness:Sets targets for self, and monitors and manages own performance with guidance from direct supervisorMonitors progress against own performance measures and achieves results with regular consultation from direct supervisorDecision Making:Makes suggestions for solutions that resolve problems or improve operationsActively searches out improvement opportunities and implements them after consulting on strategy and options with direct supervisorRelationship Building...
