The role partners closely with Sales & Account Management, Network, Wellness, Communications, Underwriting, and other stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. The Analytics Consultant will design and maintain recurring reporting, develop ad hoc analyses, and translate complex healthcare and financial data into clear, actionable insights for clients and business partners. Typical analyses may include healthcare utilization trends, financial performance, enrollment analysis, payment integrity outcomes, utilization management savings, population health trends, and other strategic business initiatives. This position works collaboratively across business areas to identify reporting opportunities, support client needs, and provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision making.Required Job Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree in related field OR 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field Understanding, and being highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights. Performance excellence in computer languages, such as SQL, R, Python. Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution.  Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life.  Preferred Job Qualifications: Experience in the healthcare industry, including payer, provider, pharmacy, public health, epidemiology, or related areas. Experience developing and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools. 2-3 years of hands-on SQL experience supporting reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision making. Experience supporting client-facing analytics, reporting, and ad hoc analytical requests. Exposure to healthcare financial analysis, utilization analysis, ...
