It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture.About the roleThe Asia Pacific Procure to Pay Operations Performance Lead (APAC P2P OPL) is accountable for overseeing and optimizing P2P operational performance across the APAC region, ensuring delivery of Haleon’s enterprise‑critical metrics such as DPO and POT within a SOX‑controlled environment. The role partners closely with the Global Process Owner to enhance tools, implement automation, reduce financial risk, improve cash flow, minimize revenue leakage, and generate business value aligned with Haleon’s ambition to achieve world‑class performance. The APAC P2P OPL leads regional P2P operations through effective management of internal teams and the external BPO partners (Genpact and Sunrise), ensuring strong performance governance, aligned KPIs, cost optimization, and continuous improvement. The role drives operational excellence through cross‑functional collaboration with Procurement and Local Finance, ownership of regional SLAs, and escalation management. It also coordinates regional operations forums to provide transparent performance reporting, facilitate end‑to‑end process improvements, and oversee execution, progress tracking, and results realization across diverse APACto stakeholders and local finance; enable discussion for process improvements with different organizations involved on O2C E2E processes and co-lead the execute of those plans, track progress, and measure the results.
