Job Title:APAC TA SpecialistSummary:In this role, you will represent Momentive Talent Acquisition in the APAC market by driving innovative recruiting processes while playing a key role in enhancing the company’s employer branding efforts, showcasing its unique values, and benefits to attract and retain the best candidates and market intelligence while providing an excellent hiring manager and candidate experience to propel our brand as an employer of choice. The APAC TA Specialist acts as a talent acquisition partner for Exempt & Non-Exempt roles based in China and other APAC countries as needed by utilizing a consultative and strategic approach to full cycle recruitment including sourcing, assessment, and selection.Responsibilities Include:Tasks and Responsibilities: Develop successful partnerships with managers and create strategic recruitment strategies by studying and understanding organization plans and objectives. Leverage these partnerships to consult using your subject matter expertise and tools to improve the quality of hire and hiring manager satisfaction.Lead and provide full cycle recruiting services primarily for professional roles in China from entry senior level. This includes recruitment strategy development, sourcing/screening/interviewing of candidates, educating managers on TA processes and effective selection methodologies, driving the onsite interview process by facilitating interview team selection and preparation, leading debrief meetings, ensuring process documentation and compliance management and timely status communication with candidates and hiring managers.Serve as the face of Momentive to external parties by being the first point of contact for candidates and representing Momentive with universities, employment agencies, external recruiters, at job fairs and on social media, etc. Participate in appropriate networking groups.Utilize labor market consultation, data trends and competitive intelligence to drive diverse applicant pools. Identify targeted candidate resources specific to each position and/or talent pool; develop sourcing strategy and source for candidates. Act as subject matter expert and represent China market in Global Talent Acquisition meetings. Lead planning, monitoring and execution of regional and global talent acquisition projects as needed.Ensure policies, processes and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and organizational standards.Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating the most complex issues as appropriate.Qualifications:The following are required for the roleQualifications:Basic Qualifications:5 - 7 years relevant HR and/or recruiting experience required.Bachelors degree in related field.Must be comfortable in a fast paced, technology based environment.Must have excellent organization skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication.
