Job Summary This position supports technical sales and application engineering activities for HVAC products, driving business growth in West Region of the United States through bilingual communication and coordination with HQ. He/She provides daily technical analysis, reviews mechanical drawings, and prepares equipment proposals to ensure proper system application and compliance with design requirements. He/She supports new product introductions and enhances field team effectiveness by diagnosing application issues, creating technical sales tools, and distributing engineering data in collaboration with HQ. The Opportunity Technical Application, Design & Compliance Provide daily HVAC technical analysis and application support for sales opportunities and project proposals to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction in West Regional (Office Location : Alpharetta, Georgia) Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and submittal documents to ensure proper equipment application and strict compliance with design requirements. Ensure all product applications and system designs strictly adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements, including DOE, AHRI, UL, and local building codes, to guarantee safety and performance compliance. Prepare detailed equipment proposals, system selections, and technical recommendations based on specific project conditions and engineering requirements. Training & Market Education Conduct technical seminars and webinars (both virtual and face-to-face) for internal Sales teams, Reps, Engineers, and Contractors to disseminate product knowledge and simplify the application of LG systems. Develop and deliver educational content that empowers stakeholders to effectively design and sell LG solutions, ensuring the market is up-to-date on the latest technologies and installation best practices.
