Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesOversees the design, programming, building and deployment of software applications and systems that support various business and insurance processes.Responsible for driving the implementation of new features and functionalities based on business requirements, enhancing the overall user experience. Ensures seamless integration of new applications with existing systems, minimizing disruptions to business operations.Oversees software testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding software enhancements Accountable for developing comprehensive technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements.Leads the collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement integration solutions that enhance data flow and system interoperability.Responsible for enhancing application performance. Oversees continuous performance assessments and ensures improvements are implemented.Provides expert technical support to end-users and team members, addressing and resolving application-related issues in a timely manner.Leads the development and maintenance of documentation for troubleshooting procedures and best practices.Fosters a highly collaborative environment among business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
