You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What you’ll doAftersales support: Provide focused aftersales support for all Weir equipment, ensuring strong spare parts and service business performance. You will be the primary point of contact for the Cadia site, building trusted relationships through regular face-to-face engagement and technical expertise.Strategy development: Collaborate with the Regional and Sales Managers to develop and execute marketing and market growth strategies for the aftermarket business, tailored to customer needs and site-specific objectives.Technical troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment and service issues, maintaining up-to-date technical knowledge of customer processes to improve aftermarket performance and customer operations.Performance measurement: Regularly measure and report on Total Ownership Costs, market share, growth targets, and opportunity gap analysis to drive continuous improvement and customer savings.Customer engagement: Conduct weekly site visits to Cadia, prepare detailed call reports, and ensure customers receive first-class care.Collaboration: Support product specialists through joint sales calls and training key customer personnel on product application and operation.Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate customer business records and CRM tools, support budgeting and forecasting for Aftersales, and report weekly on activities and market issues.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.What you’ll bringMust-haves:Mechanical trade qualification or engineering background with strong technical knowledge, preferably in pumps and mining equipment.3-5 years relevant industry experience in a similar role, with 5-7 years direct sales experience in industrial markets.Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency i...
