You’ll work with purpose, learn every day and help shape a more sustainable future.What you’ll doCustomer Growth & Relationship Management: Develop and execute customer-focused growth strategies to deliver year-on-year revenue and aftermarket retention. Build trusted, long-term partnerships through regular engagement and a strong knowledge of Weir’s products and services.Technical Support & Solutions: Provide technical commissioning, troubleshooting, and commercial support across slurry pumping and the broader Weir product portfolio including cyclones, valves, rubber, hose, and services. Daily activities include site visits (approximately 70% of time), addressing customer needs, and delivering practical technical solutions.Cost Optimization & Value Proposals: Drive Total Ownership Cost (TOC) improvements through data-driven analysis, business case development, trials, and value-based solution proposals. Success means measurable improvements in customer operational efficiency and cost savings.Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Work closely with Product Specialists, service teams, and internal stakeholders on joint sales calls, customer training, contract negotiations, and continuous improvement initiatives to support growth and win-back plans.Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.What you’ll bringMust-haves:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Mining Engineering, or related discipline (preferred but not mandatory)Minimum 5 years of industrial/commercial front-end experience, ideally in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industryStrong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills in EnglishValid driving license with availability for frequent site visits in the Visayas regionNice-to-haves:Experience with Weir products and servicesKnowledge of local dialects spoken in Central Philippines (beneficial but not mandatory)Exposure to customer account management including contracts, purchase orders, and consignment stock monitoringFemale candidates are strongly encour...
