In this role you assist the General Manager in driving operational excellence and adherence to guidelines, while leading the team to cultivate diverse perspectives, build positive community ties to achieve business goals, and promote Madison Reed's products, services, and values. In this role your mission is threefold: guest satisfaction, business management and team development. #livelifecolorfully  This role reports to the General Manager, is full time and requires availability on weekends, holidays and other peak times based on business needs.  At Madison Reed, we aim to pay competitively. Compensation for this role consists of base hourly pay, commissions, tips, and other bonuses. Potential earnings for this location range from $46.50-$48.50 per hour. Actual compensation contingent on factors including Hair Color Bar performance, tenure, and time behind the chair. What you’ll do:  Demonstrate and develop leadership skills to provide a top tier employee and guest experience aligned with our values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage and Responsibility. Perform and sell products and services, including consultations, color applications, shampoo and blowout services, and retail product recommendations  Support localized marketing initiatives to build strong community relationships, promote the Madison Reed brand, and drive foot traffic.  Lead by example through exhibiting sales and service behaviors in all interactions and communication with guests, including resolving guest service issues.  Support all aspects of the business including but not limited to: Staffing, front of house operations, color and finishing services, back of house support to ensure adherence to all company standard operating procedures.  Demonstrate mastery of all services provided at our Madison Reed Hair Color Bars. Step in as the acting Manager on Duty during the General Manager's absence, offering critical management support. This entails providing in-the-moment team guidance, remote assistance, and occasional on-site support at nearby locations, under the direction of the District Manager.
