This is a critical leadership role overseeing a large team in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment where your work directly impacts the nation's financial stability.Location: 950 Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CASchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (Onsite)Reports to: Cash Operations ManagerWhat You'll Do:Lead Operations: Supervise currency processing activities, optimize staff resources and machine utilization, and meet customer deadlines while achieving quality, cost, and efficiency metricsDrive Performance: Set team goals, monitor progress, and implement solutions to improve production and operational effectivenessManage Risk: Create and maintain quality control policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with Federal Reserve regulationsBuild & Develop a High-Performing Team: Mentor, coach, and train team members for career advancement and high performanceSolve Problems: Resolve operational issues ranging from routine to complex across machine performance, inventory, customer transactions, and accountingBuild Relationships: Manage customer and vendor relationships to ensure service level adherenceQualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5+ years in cash/business operations3+ years leading teamsStrong leadership and communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesMicrosoft Office proficiencyAbility to work onsite Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PMAdapt to different shifts based on business needsKey Success Factors:Demonstrated accountability, collaboration, and influenceEmotional intelligence and interpersonal effectivenessAbility to make data-driven decisionsExperience in regulated or high-security environments (preferred)Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary Range: Min: $97,100 Mid: $126,000 Max: $154,900 (Location: Los Angeles)Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.Benefits:Competitive pay + bonus plan granted based on performance.Generous medical, dental + vision insurance coverageCompetitive retirement benefits including pension and employee matching 401k progr...
