This role combines program management, automation, data analytics, and AI-driven project execution to transform how infrastructure projects are planned, executed, and managed.As a strategic leader, you will drive the evolution from traditional project management methodologies toward intelligent, data-driven, and self-service delivery models. You will champion the use of AI, automation, predictive analytics, and digital platforms to improve deployment velocity, enhance stakeholder visibility, reduce operational overhead, and enable engineering teams to become increasingly self-sufficient in managing project execution.ResponsibilitiesProject & Program ManagementDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, risk registers, and status reportsCoordinate global stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are achieved within agreed timelinesTrack project budgets, resource utilization, dependencies, and implementation readinessChampion the adoption of AI-powered project management practices across Infrastructure Engineering and OperationsImplement predictive analytics for project forecasting, risk identification, schedule optimization, and resource planningDevelop AI-driven project insights, automated status reporting, executive dashboards, and delivery health monitoringUtilize Generative AI technologies to automate project documentation, meeting summaries, action tracking, risk assessments, and stakeholder communicationsLeverage digital copilots to improve team productivity and project transparencyDrive a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellenceTranslate business objectives into measurable execution roadmapsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering, Supply Chain, Product, Operations, Site Planning, and Data Center teams to coordinate project executionManage complex cross-functional dependencies across global initiativesInfluence stakeholders at all organizational levels through data-driven communication and visualizationDrive alignment between business priorities and technical executionIdentify cross functiona...
