And we offer you the freedom to be a positive disrupter and turn big ideas into bold, industry-changing realities.For our business, for clients, and for youDaily Operations & NAV OversightPlan, schedule, and manage daily workflows for client deliverables within the team.Review and prepare daily/monthly NAVs for AIF Category III funds.Prepare and resolve cash, position, and market value reconciliations; communicate valid breaks to Clients/CSMs.Pass accounting adjustments for erroneous or missing transactions.Review portfolio pricing as per IFSCA/SEBI guidelines, including pricing exception analysis.Review and validate corporate actions; ensure dividends and interest reconcile with broker statements.Accounting & Transaction ProcessingAccrue and amortize management fees, financing accruals, and other non‑security-related fee items (daily/monthly).Process non‑automated transactions including OTC derivatives and related cash movements.Record capital activities of the fund.Client Communication & ReportingCommunicate daily estimate/NAV reports and resolve client queries promptly.Finalize month‑end NAV and prepare investor‑level allocation reports.Demonstrate strong understanding of performance fee calculations, series accounting, and equalization.Regulatory & Audit SupportSupport regulatory reporting requirements as per IFSCA guidelines.Assist auditors by preparing/reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation.Projects & Process ImprovementsContribute to initiatives related to automation, workflow migration, and system conversions.Support global enhancements in operational procedures and assist with successful implementation.Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with multiple internal and external teams, including:Securities/Trades & PricingReportingInvestor ServicesAuditorsClient Service ManagersExternal ClientsSkills & QualificationsMust‑Have8+ years of hands‑on experience in AIF Category III and Domestic Mutual Funds operations.Strong knowledge of valuation across equity, derivatives, debt, bonds, debentures, and unlisted securities.Expertise in performance fee calculations, equalization, and series-based accounting.Advanced Excel skills with str...
