Position Overview
Supports daily SOC operations by monitoring CCTV, access control, alarm, and communication systems; receiving emergency and non-emergency calls; assessing incidents; and coordinating appropriate response actions. The role ensures timely escalation, accurate incident documentation, effective communication with field personnel and stakeholders, and compliance with established SOC procedures to support a safe and secure operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the SOC Security Specialist and perform assigned operational duties in accordance with established SOC procedures at AMP-2.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms to maintain continuous situational awareness and escalate abnormal conditions promptly.
- Receive, assess, document, and communicate emergency and non-emergency information in accordance with established escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, emergency documentation, and operational reports.
- Prepare incident reports, shift handover reports, and supporting documentation for management review.
- Coordinate communications with field security personnel, internal departments, emergency responders, and external stakeholders during routine and emergency situations affecting AMP-2 operations.
- Monitor the operational status of CCTV, access control, communication systems, radios, emergency backup equipment, and other security technologies at AMP-2, and report malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain emergency contact lists, operational records, and emergency management documentation to support business continuity for AMP-2 operations.
- Collect, verify, and relay operational information to support incident response and emergency coordination within AMP-2.
