ABOUT THE ROLE
Legal work is being reshaped by AI faster than most firms can measure. Our AI Transformation & Applied Research function exists to close that gap: we study how lawyers and legal teams actually adopt, trust, and build skill with AI, and we turn that evidence into changes across our product, customer enablement, and go-to-market motion.
As an Applied Researcher on the team, you will bring rigor to how we measure adoption and capability growth, not just usage.
