We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!About the Role: Dr. Squatch is looking for an Associate Director of Business Systems to lead the development, management, and optimization of our core business systems and integrations ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring our systems align with business objectives, drive efficiencies, and scale with company growth. The Associate Director will own the team's roadmap, drive cross-functional alignment, and develop and execute strategic programs aligned with company goals and OKRs. The ideal candidate is a leader who is comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. This role will report to the Senior Director, Technology. This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $150,000 to $175,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates. What You'll Do: Team Leadership & Development Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Systems engineers and analysts Drive clarity across the team on priorities, ownership, and expectations Run effective sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings that keep them aligned Strategy & Roadmap Own and maintain a 12-month roadmap for the Business Systems team, incorporating input from stakeholders across Finance, Operations, eCommerce, and Retail Define and communicate quarterly OKRs and focus topics, ensuring alignment between team goals and company priorities Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, reduce manual work, and scale operations Assess future business needs, perform cost-benefit analyses, and make recommendations for system enhancements Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and bring a point of view on where and how to apply them within the team Systems & Integrations Own the end-to-end health and reliability of our enterprise systems ecosystem, including platforms like NetSuite, Celigo, Boomi, Shopify, Orderful, Ensure integrations are well-documented, monitored, and maintained, with clear escalation paths Lead complex, cross-functional system initiatives from scoping through delivery, maintaining proactive communication with all stakeholders throughout Operatio...
