Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs- Respiratory (Arizona/New Mexico)

We are seeking an Associate Director, Field Medical Affairs, to join our Respiratory team, supporting healthcare providers and payers in a field-based role. In this role, you will establish and maintain scientific exchange with medical specialists and decision-makers, ensuring accurate and timely dissemination of clinical data on in-line and pipeline products, while collaborating with Global Medical Affairs leadership and clinical research investigators.This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:• Location: Field based in Arizona and New Mexico (residency in the Phoenix area preferred; residency in territory required)Discover your role:• Engage in scientific discussions with Healthcare Professionals and payers, aligned with Medical Affairs objectives.• Demonstrate deep scientific expertise in assigned molecules/products and therapeutic area.• Build and nurture relationships with key external scientific and medical specialists across the region.• Stay ahead of evolving healthcare trends within the Dermatology therapeutic landscape.• Shape and implement local medical strategy in line with Global Medical Affairs direction and timelines.• Support clinical research sites and investigators. • Deliver clinical and health economic information that enhances the appropriate use of our products.• Communicate scientific and clinical information ethically, accurately, and in a customer-focused manner.This role requires:• Clinical/Science Degree (e.g., MD, PharmD, PhD) with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience (clinical, managed care, or industry)• Experience as a Medical Science Liaison within Immunology is required. Respiratory is preferred.• Strong ability to communicate and disseminate scientific and clinical data.• Residency within the territory Does this sound like you?
