Job Summary  The Associate Director of Program Management, based out of our Fort Worth Texas headquarters, is an execution-focused leader responsible for driving publisher performance and growth across the Koddi Ads platform. This role leads a team of Program Analysts, with a core focus on delivering program excellence, scaling operational practices, and translating platform performance into compelling client outcomes. The ideal candidate is a strong team leader and operator who can manage complex publisher portfolios, develop their team's commercial and analytical capabilities, and serve as a senior point of escalation for more junior teammates. This leader will own program delivery quality across their client portfolio, partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders to surface insights, support upsell opportunities, and ensure consistent execution against client goals. Success in this role is measured by team performance, client outcomes, and the ability to build scalable processes that drive reliable results. What You'll Do Own program delivery outcomes across a portfolio of Koddi Ads publishers, ensuring consistent execution, campaign performance, and client satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of Program Analysts, setting clear expectations, providing regular coaching, and supporting career growth and retention. Serve as a senior escalation point for complex client situations, guiding your team through resolution with a focus on accountability and outcomes. Build and reinforce operational processes that drive consistency, efficiency, and quality across program delivery. Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to support upsell opportunities, QBRs, and renewal conversations through performance-driven storytelling.
