With a rapidly growing global presence, we are also looking to expand our client base in the Indian market by partnering with leading Indian enterprises.Role Overview We are looking for an Impact Associate who will work closely with the Associate Head – Impact and cross-functional teams to support the design, execution, and tracking of Karya’s impact programs. This is a hands-on role situated at the intersection of program execution, data analysis, and stakeholder coordination. You will help ensure projects run smoothly, insights are captured effectively, and outputs are translated into clear communication for both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities1. Program Execution & CoordinationSupport day-to-day coordination of ongoing impact projects across internal teams (operations, tech, impact, partnerships) and external stakeholdersTrack project progress, timelines, and deliverables across multiple workstreamsAssist in organising regular check-ins, documenting outcomes, and driving follow-upsSupport preparation of materials for internal and external meetings, including stakeholder updates2. Data, Analysis & ReportingWork with program data to track key metrics, outputs, and impact indicatorsBuild and maintain dashboards to monitor project performanceSupport analysis of program data to generate insights for decision-makingAssist in evaluation-related work (surveys, data cleaning, synthesis of findings)Tools/Software: Excel, SQL, and Python/R/Stata (at least one preferred)3.
