With backing from our investors, including Blackstone, this is just the beginning… Come join the A-Team at AirTrunk, where the cloud meets the ground.  A Snapshot As the Associate Manager, Transactions you will report to the Senior Director, Real Estate and work closely with the rest of the Cross-Department teams, making your mark in a number of ways:  Join a dynamic team driving AirTrunk’s rapid expansion. This is a key central role that will support our in-country acquisitions teams in identifying and acquiring strategic data centre sites across the region.  Receive mentorship from the Singapore-based Senior Director, Real Estate while collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to both internal stakeholders and external partners.    Your Day to Day  Market Analysis & Opportunity Mapping  Conduct comprehensive market research and opportunity mapping to identify strategic expansion opportunities across the region.  Collaborate with the Data Strategy team to assess target locations and customer availability zones (AZs).  Consolidate and analyze inputs to evaluate cost implications, design and construction risks, and project timelines for site selection.    Due Diligence, Feasibility & Internal Approvals  Coordinate the collection of due diligence materials from external representatives and stakeholders.  Partner with a multidisciplinary team—including engineers, consultants, and real estate professionals—to conduct thorough due diligence and feasibility assessments.  Support internal teams in preparing documentation for investment approvals, including financial models and investment memoranda.    Legal & Documentation  Support deal leads negotiating key legal documents such as NDAs, engagement letters, lease agreements, and sale and purchase agreements.  Coordinate with internal and external legal teams to ensure alignment with deal terms and integration of due diligence findings.  Facilitate and track the execution of contracts and related documentation to ensure timely completion an...
