Associate Mechanical Engineer
Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Perform the following Mechanical Engineering functions under general direction:Mechanism designWater recycling equipment vetting, design, or modificationsThermal analysis and designMechanical shock and vibration testing and analysisTolerance studies2. Assist management and engineering to specify, develop, justify, document, implement and sustain assembly processes equipment and materials.3. Improve yield, efficiency and capacity of processes in accordance with strategic objectives.4. Investigate and recommend solutions to manufacturing challenges.5. Develop and/or conduct experiments to identify root cause of problems and evaluate process capabilities.6. Follow and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.7. Understand. Create. Simplify.8. Other duties as assigned.
