Responsible for leading end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable value. The role drives cross-functional coordination, governance, and performance management, enabling successful and scalable implementation of strategic initiatives.Key Responsibilities:1. Project Management:Manage the full project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure)Develop and maintain projects plans, schedules and milestonesEnsure delivery of projects on time w/in scope, and w/in budgetIdentify and manage risks, issues and dependecies2. Stakeholder Engagement & GovernanceCollaborate w/ stakeholders across Operations, Engineer, IT and other busiiness functionsFacilitate project reviews, governance forums, and decision making sessionsProvide regular status updates and executive reportAct as the primary liaison between business and technical team3. Strategic Alignment & Value DeliveryAlign projection w/ organizational strategy and transformation roadmapMonitor KPIs and business impactSupport benefit realization and portfolio/program prioritization initiatives4. Resource & Team ManagementPlan and optimize resource allocation across projectsDrive team performance, collaboration and accountabilityMentor team member and contribute to PM capability development5.
