Compensation Range:$60,000 - $90,000Compensation Disclaimer:The salary range listed reflects the base pay for this role at Altus Group and is provided where required by local regulations. The range does not include additional compensation such as bonuses, equity, benefits, or other incentives.Job Summary:The Associate Project Manager is an integral member of the project management team responsible for supporting the successful delivery of building development projects of varying size and complexity. Reporting to the Project Manager and Project Director, this role assists in coordinating project activities, managing communications, tracking schedules and budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered in alignment with client expectations, timelines, and company standards. The Associate Project Manager acts as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Support Project Managers in the coordination and delivery of multiple development and construction projectsAttend client meetings and assist in determining project requirements and objectivesAssist with preparing project proposals, budgets, cash flows, schedules, and project documentationCoordinate project communications, organization charts, meeting minutes, and reporting materialsMonitor project progress, schedules, budgets, and quality of work performed by consultants and contractorsEffectively communicate project updates, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholdersTrack invoices, expenditures, and support financial administration activitiesReview field inspection reports and assist with warranty follow-up activitiesParticipate in project start-up meetings and support ongoing project coordination effortsMaintain compliance with Altus Group project management procedures and quality standardsContribute ideas and feedback to improve processes, service delivery, and overall client experienceBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsKey Requirements:Experience supporting project management, construction, development, or related projectsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to coordinate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience preparing project documentation, reports, schedules, and meeting minutesProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management toolsAbility to work collaboratively within cross-functional teamsClient-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skillsKnowledge of project management, construction, or real estate development processes is considered an assetCommitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and professional deve...
