Job DescriptionNBCUniversal is seeking a Associate Project Manager – Mastering to support the StudioPost Picture post-production Operations team. In this role, you will assist with coordinating Mastering projects, helping ensure smooth execution, accurate scheduling, and strong client service.You will work closely with Project Managers, Operations, and Scheduling teams, the Associate Project Manager will help track project progress, support client communication, and ensure workflows stay organized and on schedule.What You’ll Do:Support Project Managers in the coordination and execution of mastering and restoration projectsAssist in maintaining strong relationships with clients, operations teams, and internal stakeholdersHelp track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure alignment with project goalsParticipate in meetings and take detailed notes to support project executionMonitor daily project activity and communicate updates to Project Managers and stakeholdersAssist in scheduling coordination, ensuring resources are properly allocated across projectsHelp facilitate communication between shifts (day, swing/night, weekends) to ensure continuitySupport issue tracking and escalation by identifying potential risks or delays earlyAssist in reviewing client requests and flagging potential overages or scope changesHelp ensure accurate documentation, order tracking, and timely billing supportContribute to process improvement efforts by identifying workflow inefficiencies QualificationsLet’s Talk...
